Mashed potatoes with gravy was really cauliflower and pinenuts covered over with pecans and olive oil. Stuffed grapeleaves had sprouted buckwheat with lots of other goodies. Also had mango " pudding " and borscht " soup " . Tampa has raw food dinners every two months or so. Arcadia is having raw food dinners with camp out every month. I just got a " job " making raw food lunches Monday - Friday - my payment is learning raw food recipes and that day's lunch!!! The cafe idea is a dream.
