Guest guest
Hi All, I'm new and trying to work myself into a raw food diet. I have just sprouted a batch of sprouted millet and have about 2 cups of the stuff ( am in the experimental stage, trying new things, and got ahead of myself I guess)... What can I do with it? i don't want to cook it or make it into a bread. Does anyone have a good recipe idea for how I can use the sprouted millet? Also I'm dehydrating some sprouted Buckwheat ( at low heat ) as I couldn't use it up fast enough ( used some of that and some of the millet in a salad ). Any ideas for raw recipes? I would love a recipe for how to use this stuff as a cereal, salad, or anything else creative just not a bread recipe. Thanks, Cathie
