Guest guest Posted March 2, 2004 Report Share Posted March 2, 2004 I get serious migraines and have for about 25+ years (and I suspect I had them as a young child as well because I got the " 24-hour bug " a lot when I was growing up. Anyway.. I put an ice pack on my head, sometimes I take excederin, and sometimes I take long walks outside and breath really deep.. and when it gets bad, I go to acupuncture which helps sooooo much. It takes a few sessions for the migraines to go away.. and sometimes I am headache free for 6 months or longer. I HATE needles so I go to acupuncture as a last resort.. but it is the only non-medication success for treating migraines that i have ever found. laurie There are 8 messages in this issue. I wish everyone would just help one another out and play NICE! I joined because I thought this was a Raw Vegan List. As a matter of fact, most of my clients also were under the impression thaat this was a Raw Vegan List and after seeing the way you all bash one another, got disgusted and left the forum. Please stick to raw topics.
