Guest guest
All: A book I've been reading over the last few days stated: " As the body reaches sufficent nutritents, food changes from tasting good, to tasting bad. " For those who having been eatinga raw diet fora longtime, my question is: Does that change in taste actually occur? xan jonathon
Guest guest
YES.........I found that as I first start to eat the fruit (and for me it is always with fruit) that it taste sweet and wonderful. If I eat too much my mouth and tongue start to burn badly and it becomes very bitter. Works every time I over eat on fruit except watermelon. Guest guest
When foods are overly selected or hybridized the body's signals are more likely to be at the level of a sudden sensation of fullness in the stomach, which BTW has nothing to do with the volume consumed as it can sometimes occur with a few bites only.
