Guest guest
Greetings: This list is provided for beginners and others who may find a need for it's contents. Many answers to your questions will be found in these references. One most important thing that we all must remember while on this journey, transition or whatever we call it is that this change of lifestyle and eating habits does not come with manual. It's all done by trial and error. What works well for me may prove to be quite the opposite for you. In other words you'll need to take note of body, mind, spirituality, and physical changes as you experience this new livefoods consumption. We all have good suggestions, recommendations and experiences to share but you won't really get it, feel it, or understand it until you've either researched, read it or lived it for yourself, attended some of the rawfoods workshops, lectures, etc. Everything will come around in it's own time and you'll feel really great about the new you. I've been a raw (live) fooder now for nearly two years and in a nut shell I can tell you that it was the best decision I've made ever, and I didn't become a live fooder because of any minor or chronic disorders rather, to prevent them and to eradicate menopause. My research has been endless, there's always something to learn. After a workshop with Victoria (authur of 12 Steps to Raw Foods) and Igor Boutenko last year I was finally inspired to give back by helping others who share the same interests. Some of these you'll find in the " Files " section in Raw Food's home page. You'll find it's a good practice to go there and to " Links " for information. You may also add information that you feel will support the group. 12 Steps to Raw Foods – Victoria Boutenko The Raw Family – The Boutenko’s Eating Without Heating – Sergei and Valya Boutenko Raw, The UnCook Book – Juliano Living in the Raw – Rose Lee Calabro The Raw Gourmet – Naomi Shannon The UnCook Book – Elizabeth Baker The Gourmet UnCook Book – Elizabeth Baker The Complete Book of Raw Food, From The World’s Top Raw Food Chefs – Lori Baird Food Combining & Digestion – Steve Meyerowitz Food Combining Made Easy – Herbert Shelton Eating for Beauty – David Wolfe Nature’s First Law – David Wolfe, Steve Arlin & Fouad Dini Journey To Health, Journey To Health II – Annette Larkins (To order search the website: www.annettelarkins.com ) Your Body’s Many Cries For Water – F.
