Guest guest
Im finding that all these crazy recipes such as raw violi is so RICH, that I can barely eat it. I think eating more simpler is better for me. Anyone else find it difficult? Steph
Guest guest
I think many raw-inclined people find, after a time on raw foods (along with improved health), that the rich, fatty so-called " gourmet " raw foods are too much for them. And yes, they find their way to simpler meals and combinations of foods. Steve

Guest guest
I totally agree. The gourmet raw recipes are nice for a special occasion but on a regular basis I find them to be too much. Maybe it's the mixing of so many foods. Yes lets keep our meals simple. Guest guest
Oh, I totally agree about keeping meals simple. Every once in a while I get a real hankerin' for a helpful cookbook, but I seem to end up going through book after book after book containing recipes with too many ingredients, or complex ingredients, or processed ingredients... Yes, keep it simple. Easier on the pocketbook, the shopping list, the memory, and the body. Rose
