Dizzy on Raw Foods

My husband and I have been on raw foods for about (4) months now and

have been experiencing dizziness/lightheadedness.

 

Eatings lots of fruits during day (papayas, figs, grapes, melons)

and leafy greens at night. In addition, using a Vitamineral Green

(Healthforce Nutritionals) and no other supplements. This just came

on within the last few weeks - thought maybe it was a bug, but seems

to linger all day.

 

Any ideas on what to do - lacking in iron, should I incorporate

greens and/or take ginkgo to improve blood flow to the brain?

 

Be great to hear back from anyone.

HI

 

you might be taking in too much fruit sugar at once and alone. You need to

maybe add some raw nuts when you eat the fruit to help stabilize your glucose

levels.
