Guest guest
Hi, Newbie Annette here again... I was wondering if anyone had a good dessert recipe to share, which: 1. is tasty to our non-raw bretheren 2. is easy to make without the use of a juicer or dehydrator 3. can be made ahead of time and refridgerated 4. travels well I just bought a couple of raw " cook " books, but don't have the experience to tell which dessert would work for me. Thanks! Annette (7 days 100% and counting!)

Guest guest
Gaynell, Did you use young coconuts or the hairy brown ones for the pie? If you click on this, a raw coconut macaroon recipe will appear. I plan to try it when I get my dehydrater, which I'm ordering tomorrow. The website has many other recipes also. http://www.living-foods.com/recipes/coconut.html Maureen Take Mail with you! Get it on your mobile phone.
