Niacin is one of the B vitamins. Why would we want to avoid a vitamin?

avoid. So does that mean eliminate Niacin? I doubt it. I am sure people drink

more soda than have an intake of niacin. Balance and consistency mixed with

common sense decision making I am sure would also be beneficial.

I have a " jpeg " of a chart that can be used as a backgroud for a

computer or just printed out. It's color coded just as the " PH "

tape is that you check yourself with for acidity.
