Guest guest
Niacin is one of the B vitamins. Why would we want to avoid a vitamin? darocksmom wrote: <snip> ACID- Foods to avoid <snip> Niacin <snip> vote. - Register online to vote today! Guest guest
In a message dated 10/22/04 12:08:14 PM, rawfood writes: I do not have a source url for the alkaline vs acid foods. You can try searching google for good sites that list alkalizing for health. I am guessing the list was intended for people who have a pH problem and a guide for foods to avoid. So does that mean eliminate Niacin? I doubt it. I am sure people drink more soda than have an intake of niacin. Balance and consistency mixed with common sense decision making I am sure would also be beneficial. Jane

It's color coded just as the " PH " tape is that you check yourself with for acidity. http://www.billschoolcraft.com/ph/ -- Bill Schoolcraft | Life's journey is not to arrive at the PO Box 210076 | grave safely in a well preserved body, San Francisco,CA 94121 | but rather to skid in sideways, totally http://billschoolcraft.com | spent, yelling " holy shit, what a ride!
