Maybe you aren't getting enough fat. Fat causes feelings of fullness. Try

increasing the raw fats in your diet--nuts, seeds, avocados, olives, raw oils,

etc.

since my digestion is poor, i find that by pulverizing or liquefying veggies, I

can get really full. for example, a raw soup from the vitamix or blender, with

cubes of avocado can hold me for a half a day or more. if you add raw tahini

(like someone else said, fat, but I don't use tons) to the soup you will feel

full also. also, I find that the greener the food, the fuller I feel. I guess

when you're actually getting nutrition our bodies will finally say " stop! " :)
