Does anyone here have experience with it? Did it work for you? Any

input is appreciated. Thanks!

The arise and shine clease is all about removing mucoid plaque as

well...I haven't heard of the one you are talking about though

I use one called " Super Colon Cleanse " and it's an herbal formula

sold at all the Organic health food stores.

The cleanse I'm talking about can be found here:

http://www.blessedherbs.com/mucoid.html

I'm leaning towards it over the arise and shine cleanse for several reasons:

1) It is a lot less expensive.

2) It doesn't take near as long to do.

3) It is a much simpler program to follow.

However, since the A & S cleanse is so popular I wondered if it worked better.

None of my above reasons for doing the Blessed Herbs cleanse would be valid if

it doesn't give you good results. That's why I was wondering if anyone here had

tried this cleanse.

Well Sandey, I understand your points. However a 5 day fast for

removing mucoid plaque is very fast and I don't believe it will be

as effective for a few reasons.

First when you are removing toxins in your body that have been

there for years, it is hard on all your organs. To do this too fast

could end up harming you even if your body is expelling some of your

plaque.

Secondly, although arise and shine is long, you are only

actually fasting for 7 days and the 2 to 3 weeks before is getting

your body ready for what is coming out of you(mucoid plaque started

coming out of me around the fourth day and a lot more everyday!).

You have tests you do to make sure your body is ready. I am

vegan/raw, afull veggie my whole life. I've never eaten meat but

even when I was fasting the first week I experienced huge detox

reactions and then the mucoid plaque started coming.

Thirdly, you get alot more stuff in the arise and shine

cleanse. i gues it's kind of you get what you pay for. They give you

enough herbs, clay and husk to last for almost 2 months(so you use

about half) as opposed to 5 days worth so if you break it down

financially you are probably getting alot more. That brings me to my

last point. 90 dollars plus tax is a little less then half of arise

and shine and just by looking at the sight and what you get, I feel

that you get more for your money. However if it is a matter of not

cleansing at all or doing the blessed cleanse, definately do the 5

day cleanse!!

If you haven't already, download the cleanse guide and read all

about it( the arise and shine site let's you do that). I hope this

helps but again just my opinion!!
