He wrote many many good books on cleansing, nutrition and fasting, and I have read several of them. I am also studying Iridology under someone that learned Iridology and raw organic health directly from Dr. Jensen. I will be visiting with this person over Thanksgiving, and will be pleased to write with more news regarding this upon my return. His son and daughter-in-law have dedicated their website to him. I have read his books about colon cleansing - they are good and very compelling! However, I *personally* found his cleansing plan pretty difficult. I never did start it - I was overwhelmed by how much stuff I needed to buy and wasn't sure I could do it on my own. I later found a great program at www.fasting.com - I did the 30 day program and highly recommend it for anyone who wants to cleanse! I have recommended it to many friends as well, all with superb results and little to no interruption in your regular daily activities. He (Dennis Paulson, founder) offers coaching/support via email (once you pay for the program) that I found to be very helpful.
