Guest guest
Greetings to everyone here in the group and thank you to those who might answer my questions in advance. 1. What combined foods taste similar to cheese or chocolate? 2. Where can I find raw nuts and seeds and how can I make them creamy to mix with meals? 3. Are grains and beans included in live food diet? 4. And is there a chart that explains how to combine foods to insure I get enough protein? Sincerely, Sun
Guest guest
Greetings Sun, My attempt to answer your questions. 1. There are quite a number of ways to obtain a cheesy taste. I can tell you that the main ingredients will be either cashews, pinenuts or maccadamia nuts. You really need a few recipes. Why not check out the website http://fromsadtoraw.com/RawRecipes.htm . Then, if you want chocolate try recipes with carob and/or coacoa beans. 2. You should inquire within your local health food store and I don't follow you on " making them creamy to serve with meals. " 3. No, at least not mine. When you get a chance pick up the book " Grain Damage " by Dr. Doug Graham and/or go to www.arnoldsway.com , click on " Arnolds' Letters " then " Bread " dated 10-18-02. Once you read that article you should be convienced. 4. You need to pick up one of these books: Food Combining & Digestion – Steve Meyerowitz Food Combining Made Easy – Herbert Shelton It's very likely that you're getting more protein than you really need and while you're in Arnolds' website check out the article on PROTEIN too, dated 11/22/02. Hope this helps. sunflowersupreme <no_reply > wrote: Greetings to everyone here in the group and thank you to those who might answer my questions in advance. 1.
