Guest guest
Does anyone have a list of reasons why sea salt is a healthier choice than table salt? Other than not having iodine what other examples could I share with someone?
Guest guest
Go here www.elementsofwellness.com/celticsalt.htm, it provides excellent information. Then go here www.askjeeves.com and type in the search line " celtic sea salt " for additional information. As a matter of fact you may ask jeeves for literally ANYTHING and he'll point you to hundreds of websites for research. Good Health to You Elaine The all-new My – Get yours free! Guest guest
http://www.shirleys-wellness-cafe.com/salt.htm http://www.curezone.com/foods/saltpage.asp The above two websites have rather long articles on sea salt. Well worth reading. For about the last month I have been adding about a half a teaspoon of sea salt per glass to my drinking water. Prior to doing this the skin on my left hand was peeling off in patches. Today the skin on my hand is as smooth as a baby's behind. No more flaking and peeling skin.
