The above two websites have rather long articles on

sea salt. Well worth reading. For about the last month

I have been adding about a half a teaspoon of sea salt

per glass to my drinking water. Prior to doing this

the skin on my left hand was peeling off in patches.

Today the skin on my hand is as smooth as a baby's

behind. No more flaking and peeling skin.
