Raw Food Menus

What would help me more than anything to get started is if I could find a thread

and/or list where people post regularly what they had for their meals. I have

accumulated lots of links and recipes but I need to put a menu together as I'm

one that will have the most success if I plan ahead.

 

Would anyone mind sharing, maybe at the end of the day, what they had to eat

that day? I'd even start the thread everyday if you'd like. Of course I

couldn't share my menus yet since I'm not eating right..yet! Thanks!

Dear Becky

 

I had the same proplem so I would love to share my menu with you since I am

100% raw and have been for 5 months.

 

8 am Orange juse from 2 orange

10 am 1 banana

12 pm salat and home made bread with sundraid pate or almondbutter.

15 pm applejuse or cake that I have made or dulse and nuts

18 pm smothy (1 glas almond milk, 1,5 banana, 1 cup berrys)

20 pm snakk (like grapes or cake)

hi

 

here is a sample of what i eat:

 

10am: dehydrated seasame 'bagel' with raw coconut

spread

11-12: tons of water

12: half an apple

more water

1:30: fruit salad with dates or prunes/Or blended

veggie juice

3-4pm: half an apple with a handful of sunflower

seeds/pumpkin seeds

more water

7pm-large salad with half an avocado lemon juice

cayenne pepper

9-10pm-piece of fruit
