Guest guest
Hi, I'd like to hear from anyone whose asthma has improved as a consequence of going raw. I am really suffering here and need to know if a raw food diet will possibly work for me. Thanks. swing
Guest guest
I have had exercise or laughter induced asthma for several years, that was exacerbated by damage done by a hiatal hernia and acid reflux disease. My symptoms have decreased very significantly since going raw and losing weight, as well as decreasing the congestion and acid reflux in my body. Peace, Valerie swingbolder <swingbolder wrote: Hi, I'd like to hear from anyone whose asthma has improved as a consequence of going raw. I have asthma and when I go fully raw durning certain months of the year (randomly chosen) my breathing is 100% better. I can eat some bread or food like that and almost count to the second when I have mucus develop. It's usually about 35 minutes later. Never fails.
