Guest guest
The following program is exactly what I've been looking for and is very affordable. Unfortunately, I don't live in New York, but I'm posting this for others who may be interested. If anyone knows of a program similar to this one that explains the lifestyle from beginning to end along with directions on how to " create " your own raw meals rather than charging thousands of dollars to learn a few ready made recipes...PLEASE LET ME KNOW. _____________ Lillian Butler, the raw food chef who teaches the following workshop, attended the Ann Wigmore Institute and Optimum Health Institute prior to sharing her knowledge with others. http://www..com/index.htm The Whole Life Program is a 4-week transformation program designed to teach you how to gradually incorporate living foods into your current lifestyle, and to share with you my knowledge of living foods so you can make healthier food choices and focus your consciousness on living a whole life. I know from personal experience that this is not an easy thing to do. It takes a lifetime to become a Living Foods soldier. But what is important is the effort you put into staying on your path. It requires a focused and continuous effort to reach your goal. But if you stick with it, you will begin to see and feel changes in your body, and so will others. Pretty soon certain foods that you used to love will no longer appeal to you, your thoughts will change and you will have a more positive attitude toward yourself and others. You will find that certain associations are no longer necessary, you will " clean house, " physically and emotionally. You will begin to do things that you've been putting off, you will work toward accomplishing your dreams, and you will take control of your life. Your first step is to take control of your health by choosing to eat living and raw foods regularly for the rest of your life. This concept in general completely goes against what is ingrained in all of us. It is not easy. But there comes a time when we realize that we cannot go on eating the way we do. It is killing us. So isn't it worth the effort to at least try to heal ourselves through living foods, so that we can not only live, but also have youth, vitality and optimum health, health that is free of illness and disease? So that when we look into the mirror at ourselves, we really like what we see. At the Whole Life Program you will learn and experience good health practices. You will discover how to cleanse your body of toxins with living foods. You will learn how to gradually incorporate living foods into your current diet. You will obtain hands-on experience in food preparation, learn tried-and-true food alternatives to fit your lifestyle, set goals and develop a plan toward achieving a balanced and healthier lifestyle. Guest guest
I have to second that. Lillian and her husband Eddie are the most down to earth people you'd want to meet and very good at what they do. I've known of them for over a year now and finally had a chance to meet them early this month when they visited the D.C. area. We plan to take the class in Feb '05. Wish they were here. Guest guest
Thank you Christy for the information. I wish they would come to Chicago as well. I live in Milwaukee and I would love to disseminate that information here in the cheese and beer state. I e-mailed them to inquire about private consultations.
