Guest guest
What is the difference? I thought they were synonomous but a few journals I've read have stated specifically that they eat " live foods " not " raw foods " .
Guest guest
Here is my exemplification or something I red somewhere. Raw food is raw food, but Life food is nuts and seeds that have been soaked and sprouted. And the food comes a life. Guest guest
My understanding of the difference is, for example, an apple just picked from a tree is more alive than one that has been sitting in your fridge for a week. Thus eating raw food in its freshest state would be eating " live food " as opposed to merely uncooked " raw food " that may be less than fresh and, therefore, having lost some of the integrity of its enzymes.
