Mike,

Thank you for your reply about the distinguishing differences between the

salts. I will definitely add it to my list and get some Himalayan Salt. As

well, thank you for the links; a very pleasant and unexpected surprise, I

must say. I followed the links, signed up for your newsletter, visited the

store, and will return frequently. Very well put together. I am impressed.

Hi Sasha,

I like the taste of the himalayan salt better than the celtic. I

also like the color better, himalayan is pink and celtic is grey.

Another reason is that all the famous raw food guru's are now using

the himalayan salt. I attended the Oregon Festival of Raw and Living

Foods a few months ago and everyone was using the himalayan salt.

I also think the himalayan website lists more benefits than the

celtic website.

I feel we get adequate salt in food. 4 sticks of celery a day will

satisfy our requirements for it, or some sea veggies or tomatoes, or

other salty foods. I like to make gourmet recipes and using celtic or

himalayan salt really brings out the flavor in the food.

I also follow Dr. Gabriel Cousens recommendation to put a tiny

smidgen of salt into a gallon of drinking water to energize it. The

celtic & himalayan salts are crystals, which carry energy patterns

and have many unique benefits.
