Karyn's new restaurant in Chicago / Burke Bryant

Christy,

I spent some time with Karyn recently and her new

restaurant will be grand, as is her current one. It

will be serving cooked foods however all organic

vegan/veggi. This I think is great for most that eat

raw have friends that are either vegetarian or vegan.

This accommodates all while being environmentally

aware, and health conscience!

Hi Burke, it sounds yummy. Can't wait to give some of the dishes a

try. You're right, maybe now I can invite a few friends without

having them search for excuses not to go. lol
