Guest guest
I just started using raw hemp seeds, too. And I am concerned about good food combining rules... so not using seeds with fruit. My question is regarding the digestion of the seeds. Should I make a meal out them in the blender and then add them to my salads? It is hard to imagine them getting all chewed even with as good as I chew. Or do they dissolve on their own in the digestive system. I actually wrote the company and they could not answer this question for me. Thanks, Diana (the one who always asks the dumb or hard questions, LOL!) Mail - Easier than ever with enhanced search. But just eating one food until you've have your fill of it simply seems like the more " natural " way to me. And for one person, living alone -- it is so quick and easy! Or if I have 2 or 3 things, I eat all of one thing, then the next. There's a website that tells how your stomach does not mix it all up, but actually keeps it in they layers of the order you eat it.
