Guest guest
Has anyone ever heard of using Organic Agave Syrup instead of Organic grade B maple syrup(or higher grade) on the Master Cleanse? I saw this on the following site: http://www.webdeb.com/master-cleanse.htm

Guest guest
I think so too. I think the sweetener is just to make the drink taste better and give you energy from the natural sugar. Agave is less glycemic and easier for those of us who have sensitivities to too much honey/ maple syrup. Just my thoughts. Diana of Dewberry Hill Take Mail with you! Get it on your mobile phone. Guest guest
Thanks again Diana. I was hoping this was the case. I've read it tastes like " a cross between honey and maple syrup! And can be used as a replacement for dates, honey, sugar, maple syrup, and other sweeteners. " I've seen it listed in quite a few recipes and can't wait to give it a try.
