I was sent a link to this site....I know to many of you it is preaching to

the converted but have a look there are some nice quotes from famous people.

The best like , perhaps because I am Irish, is the quote from George Bernard

Shaw..Irish Playwrite and Nobel Prize winnner 1950 : " Animals are my

friends - and I don't eat my friends. "

Take care

Yes. Good one. That quote reminds me of a quote I saw

once on a Christian Vegetarian forum to which I am

d.

I am paraphrasing here: " ...The Good Shepherd doesn't

eat his sheep... "

What a hoot.

I've heard to get medjool (dont' know the spelling) dates by some and others

say avoid this kind.

Anyone have anylinks to date info? I love dates and eat them in moderation.

I would like to know what the most natural and healthiest ones are.

I love medjools! The caramel of the fruit world!

One source is Steve Jones in Arizona; you can contact him at srjdate.

He will send you a brochure document that can give you an idea of what he

offers. I've heard nothing but good of him and his product.

Peace,

Valerie
