Guest guest
Hi folks, Here is an awesome interview with David Wolfe-> http://treeoflife.nu/audio/davidwolfhi.mp3 It is from the new issue of Family News #2-> http://www.treeoflife.nu/familynews.html New Cafe newsletter-> http://www.treeoflife.nu/cafenewsletter2.html Also, Check out this great audio presentation by vegan M.D. Michael Greger. It is titled " Optimum Vegetarian Nutrition: Surprising New Research on Omega 3's and B12. " http://www.drgreger.org/talks/ http://www.veganmd.com Dr. Greger discusses why vegans aren't living longer than meat-eaters. It is because of nutrient deficiency. Dr. Greger examines a 2002 Harvard study and finds that vegans aren't eating enough b12, vit. D, essential omega-3 fats, zinc, selenium, and iodine. Chlorine is added to tap water to kill bacteria. When we drink this water, the chlorine kills our intestinal bacteria, including the ones that make b12. Guest guest
Do you know where we can find a copy of this 2002 Harvard study this Dr. refers to? Also, there is a difference between eating vegan and eating raw, and that might have an impact on the nutrition involved. I looked throughout his site, and I'm not finding any references in the written material. He makes a lot of claims about a lot of things, but I can't seem to find the connections. Thanks! Guest guest
Sorry, I wasn't clear; I mean I can't find the material connected with this particular talk that is referenced. I did find lots of references to some of his written material I came across, but I have not yet found this specific subject addressed in his written material. Thanks!
