It's perfectly alright and acceptable if the mango was organically grown. Just

wash it off and enjoy!

What about kiwis? are the peels fine? I don't mind eating peels I just don't

want to be eating something that isn't good for me. For example, I'm under

the impression that orange peels are not a good thing to eat. That may

be a bad example because I'd peel oranges regardless due to the taste of

them.

I do! I eat mangos with the peel!

If they have a peel that comes off easy in long strips, I peel it.

If the peel doesn't hold up long enough to pull it off, I just eat

the peel.

I also eat apples with the peel. My grandad used to peel them with

a knife. I eat plums, pears, apricots, dates, grapes and many other

fruits with the peel. I think the peel is a good source of fiber!

I eat kiwi peels. Sometimes I get so tired of peeling kiwis that I

take a bite of them peel and all and separate the peel and the pulp

while it is in my mouth. Sometimes I spit the peel out and swallow

the fruit. Sometimes I swallow the whole thing.
