Guest guest
Greetings john, I was born in New Zealand where kiwifruit primarily comes from. We used to eat kiwifruit all the time and as long as they are organic, then they are perfectly fine. They offer lots of fibre and unless you dont like the taste of the skin, then it is o.k to eat. I personally eat every part of the kiwifruit, but that is just me...*smiles* Indiana. rawfood , johnd <john@j...> wrote: > What about kiwis? are the peels fine? Guest guest
cool, I'm eating one now. For some odd reason I find it easier to eat if I slice it into thin slices. It is still quicker than peeling it I'm sure I'll get over it and start eating them whole or at least chopeed up soon On Tue, Dec 21, 2004 at 06:12:42PM -0000, Goddess Indiana wrote: > > > > Greetings john, > > I was born in New Zealand where kiwifruit primarily comes from. Funny thing is now that I am in America, I wont buy them!! They charge soooooo much for just one and then they are all decrepid looking and such!!...LOL.... I know what you mean. I see persimons for $1.25-$1.50 at the market you'd get a few for $5.00. I get the at the farmers market for 8lb/$5.00 which works out to be like $.17 each.
