Guest guest
I have read about (from several diff reputable sources) that the body sees cooked food as foreign matter but raw food as nutrition. They say they have done white blood cell counts and show how they rise when eating anything cooked but now for raw. Does anyone know about this first hand? Of course now today they have updated machines that do all that. I would like to someday have the time to go out and search for a microscope in a goodwill or a place that is updating. It would be interesting to check and see just how much the blood cleans up on a raw as opposed to a cooked/junk food diet. Vegigran
Guest guest
Where are you located? I'm near LA, CA. Is this something you could explain to me how to do remotly? I'd like to even rent a microscope if that is possible or buy a cheap one (if there is such a thing) that would be great to know first hand On Wed, Dec 22, 2004 at 07:47:07PM -0600, Vegigran wrote: > > <<<<<They say they have done white blood cell counts and show how they rise when eating anything cooked but now for raw. Guest guest
Hi John, The more I think about it, the more I am going to get out and look for one. When I was doing them several years ago, I remember seeing all kinds of things in the blood stream, but then I didn't know as much as I do today and was only counting red/white cells, diffs, etc. There are all kinds of things we could check like the fatty contents after eating bad fats vs. good fats. All the things we read about, we could check out for ourselves. The blood stream tells it all and also the urine is a good indicator of ones condition. Both can be done under the microscope. First you have to have a high powered microscope and just glass slides. It wouldn't be one that kids have. A fingerstick for a drop of blood or a drop of urine. A good place to start might be at the library checking out some books on blood/urine analysis. Those books would tell you the power/type of lens you need. Then check with pawn shops, hospitals, goodwill's for the microscope. As one progresses with this healthy lifestyle, the blood/urine would definitely show this. Too bad we don't live closer, but I am in the Midwest (Nebraska. Vegigran Where are you located? I'm near LA, CA. Is this something you could explain to me how to do remotly?
