Guest guest
I just wrote another post about my sinus drainage and being a raw newbie. Won't go into detail about that all here...but am wondering about Candida and the raw diet. Perhaps as one gets cleaned out the Candia sufferer can add back more sweet foods. Maybe I'm eating too much fruit or the wrong ones for now. Didn't really think I was eating too much fruit. Are bananas really sweet, perhaps I need to drop them for a while. Bananas is one thing that I have always had one big banana for breakfast. Seems to make my smoothies taste better. I don't think I can cut out all fruit as eating veggies only would seem to boring. What are some thoughts on this and what to eat? Diana of Dewberry Hill Take Mail with you! Get it on your mobile phone.

Guest guest
I've been trying to follow Dr. Doug Graham's recommended diet and my candida symptoms have almost all disappeared, and my diet is mostly fruit. He suggests that fat intake is more the culprit there than the fruit. I know this is just my experience, but there it is! Good luck!
