I can put it in a nasal spray bottle, and some in a bottle with dropper. You can e-mail me at sasha. Sasha I have stayed away from all milk for years, but was taking probiotic supplements. And someone gave me some living kefir grains that turn milk into kefir loaded with super probiotics in 24 hours with no heating or fuss. It also kefirs out the lactose and sugar if you leave it a bit longer. I'm still using it with organic goat milk (best to use it)...but if after another month on raw and still have intermittant sinus drainage I may suspend use of the kefir to see if there is a differnce. As I just explained to someone else, I have never used milk products for many years and still had candida, sinus problems etc. So...will let you know in about 6 weeks. You can also use the grains to kefir nut butters, juices and coconut milk.. but they won't grow or thrive unless put back in milk. Curious little buggers those grains, supposed to be the original mana. I have two kinds. Flat and round. They grow are alive look like rubbery cauliflower. There is a whole web list for kefir lovers. I use C.S. sometimes (as I do also oregano oil) for various things but try not to put anything up my nose, not even water. Seems the sinus may be getting better with raw.
