I guess I can ask them for recipes, but wondered if any of you have some of your own. I added some mesquite pod meal to some cacao candy I made along with agave, coconut cream. Pretty good. I have also just bouth Maca and I have not yet began using it but I intend to. I am reading the book Detox your world (www.detoxyourworld.com) and Shazzie higly recommends maca for everybody. She uses it mostly in smoothies. 1-3 teasppons. It does not have so much tast so it is ok to put it in althogh she sais that she just eats it plain from the sack. Could you tell me what is Mesquite Pod Meal for? I have begun to use the Mesquite pod to sweeten things puddings, and some candy balls. Thanks for the info on maca flour in smoothies. I'm still looking for recipes.
