Guest guest
This nice raw soup also is great cause it helps to re-grow dental bone as well as the other bones in your body. Contary to what many dentists say, you don't have to lose teeth, jaw bone and so forth. I ahve loads more info if anyone wants it. (free.) I wil also be sending a recipe for tea or capsules for calcuim formula. If anyone can't get what they need via online, let me know and I can get it from my local herbalist store and even put it in capsules for you (at cost.) enjoy! Calcium Soup 10 kale leaves 1 handful of parsley 2 cloves of garlic 1/3 of a red onion 2 lemons 1 avocado 1 tomato 2 yellow bell peppers 1 handful of dulse strips or spirulina flakes 1/2 teaspoon celtic sea salt 1 tablespoon of unpasteurized miso 3 tablespoons flax oil or garlic-chili flax oil 20 pumpkin seeds. Shave the outer skin of the lemons leaving the white pith intact. While blending all the ingredients, add distilled water to reach a thick, soupy consistency. This is a great raw soup for kids! An excellent way to introduce important heavy minerals and calcium into the diet. ===== Peace, Joy and Good Health Laura test'; " type=text/css>
Guest guest
Thanks for that great recipe Laura...the only other way I've been able to appreciate kale is in carrot juice. Guest guest
Hi Diana, I really enjoy a creation adapted from Stephen Arlin. The juice and meat of one young coconut emptied into my Vitamix blender (any blender will work) along with one banana and a handful of kale. Blend it all up and enjoy! That's what made me really appreciate kale. He talks about how young coconut juice is the closest plant analog (in nutrient content) to human blood plasma and chlorophyll (from the kale) most closely resembles red blood cells. So he hypothesises that drinking this helps build healthy blood. Whether that's specifically accurate or not, I know it's really good for me in general and I love the taste! Guest guest
I like the idea of this soup. I'm just wondering where to get some organic, raw pumpkin sees. Guest guest
Laura, I would love any additional information you have on re-growing dental bone and also anything regarding jaw health. I have TMJ and had surgery for it about 5 years ago. It is 100 times worse since the surgery and is quite painful and gives me headaches, etc. Any info or links you have would be appreciated.
