Guest guest
Hi Michele, I own many raw food books and I feel Alissa's is one of the best, and I give her DVD a top rating. On her DVD she prepares 20 items in 3.5 hrs., that averages to 10.5 mins a recipe! I love her Date Nut Torte, which takes me less than 15 min. to make and that includes clean up. Here is my tutorial on how to make it: http://www.hishealingways.com/torte/torte.html Again Alissa's Book and DVD deserve a Four Star rating.
