While Linda needed to cancel her potluck today, we now have a

replacement picnic potluck:

Picnic in the sun at Discovery Park

Saturday, September 25, 2004

Time: 3:00pm-7:00pm

Let's meet at Discovery Park at the East Parking Lot. There is a

picnic table(s) by the parking lot. Please bring fruit, your own

silverware and plates. You may want to bring a lawn chair if you

don't want to sit on the ground. Children are welcome. There is a

playground near the picnic table(s).

If you can't find us, you can call Ron at cell phone number

425-442-2342 this afternoon.

Bring frisbees, footballs, and other fun things.

Hi Michele,

I own many raw food books and I feel Alissa's is one of the best, and I give

her DVD a top rating. On her DVD she prepares 20 items in 3.5 hrs., that

averages to 10.5 mins a recipe!

I love her Date Nut Torte, which takes me less than 15 min. to make and that

includes clean up.

Here is my tutorial on how to make it:

Again Alissa's Book and DVD deserve a Four Star rating.

Blessings,

Dale
