OK... who's up for a new order of cacao, specifically cacao nibs???

It looks like the price for 12 pounds comes out to 19.96 per pound

plus S & H. They have a 22 pound bag that comes out to $16.00 per pound

plus S & H, but someone would have to weigh out the pounds. I put in a

call asking about bulk orders, which may bring down the price.

Please let me know if you are interested in some cacao nibs. (Nibs

are the cacao bean pieces, without the skins, so no pealing is

necessary.)

If there is interest, perhaps I could offer a " chocolate " class!

If interested in a bag(s) of nibs, email me directly -

jeff

Thanks,

Jeff

Hi Jeff! I just recently started on a raw food diet. I'm just curious, are

those cacao nibs you are offering raw?

Respectfully,

Bridget

Bridget,

Yes they are! They are collected and dried, with no roasting. Just the

raw cacao bean (in this case, the pieces). They taste a bit like

unsweetened dark chocolate, but richer. I put in an order a while back

for the beans. These nibs are easier, as the beans need to be pealed.

(you can actually use the whole bean, but the skin doesn't add any

flavor or texture.)

Hi Jeff! I just send you another email today by mistake. Now I would like to

know why are they placing one pound of cacao nibs in a 12-pound bag?

I am single and I don't need a large amount of cacao nibs. And I assume that 1

lb is the smallest size. Is it?

Respectfully,

Bridget

Bridget,

They come in 1 pound bags, minimum of 12 bags for the 20% discount.
