Guest guest
Does anyone know of any evidence that the cell phone earpiece actually magnifies the radiation from the cell phone? I heard this claim in a recorded message at http://www.energy4health.com, where they sell devices that supposedly neutralize the radiation from your cell phone. Does anybody have any info on these devices, whether they work, whether there is a better product out there, etc.? Thanks. Mark
Guest guest
I know that I actually feel better using the earpiece on my Samsung. After having the cell phone to my head for a while, I can start feeling a bit spacey (not a good thing). I don't seem to get that using my earpiece instead. I plug my earpiece in and set the phone down a couple feet away. At the Women in Work and Play event in Bellevue a few weeks ago there was a booth that had information on discs to counteract problems from the phones. I'll try to find the info I was given. Guest guest
It makes no sense to me. The radiation is from the antenna which send and receives signals. To magnify the radiation it would have to be involved the the sending and/or receiving of the signal. They may be confusing the cell phone earpiece with the earpiece on a Walkman- type radio, which acts as an antenna to receive FM signals. Guest guest
It looks to me like another MLM " opportunity " trying to " scare " up business. This claim looks like nonsense to me. Guest guest
To be more precise, the claim was that the earpiece acts as a transmitter with the headset wire acting as an antenna, sending the waves into the ear and throughout the body. The source of this is info is given as Dr. George Carlo, who did research into cell phones and wrote a a book about it. I'm keeping an open mind on it till I learn more.
