Raw Seattle,

Hallelujah Acres has a for Health Ministers of which we are

a part of. A couple days ago, I got the following brownie recipe from

there and wow were we surprised! O boy, that was the most delightful

treat we have had since we first tried Jeff's vice cream! It inspired

us to drown some raw almonds so we can have some today with fresh almond

juice! Next time we make them, we will be sure to synchronize the

almond juice so that it is ready when the warm brownies are done!

Julie Wandling, the author and raw food chef is famous for saying, " why

would anyone eat the garbage of our culture when you can eat so good and

healthfully! "

Brownies

2c cashews-soaked 30 minutes and drained

1/2c honey or agave nectar

Blend all-will be thick, spread to ~1/4 inch thickness onto dehydrator

sheets. Dry till chewy brownie consistency-couple of hours.

This recipe was provided by author and raw food chef, Julie Wandling.
