Her breakfast and restaurant eating did not include any fresh fruit. From that interview, she certainly wasn't a very good spokesperson or poster child for the raw food diet. And you certainly don't have to consult your doctor about eating 70% raw. You will get healthier and won't need to see your doctor as often, if at all. Guest guest Posted January 13, 2005 Report Share Posted January 13, 2005 I think she was really trying to tempt the mainstream public - while most raw fooders are vegan and wouldn't savor steak tar-tar (eek!), maybe she was trying to change the 'image' of this lifestyle (why it has an 'image' is kind of funny to ponder!!)
