I imagine you will want to ask what dates Brian is available to speak in June. Also check www.hippocratesinst.org Shakti --- Tzvetanka Dimitrova <chochy3000 wrote: > > Yes. Guest guest
I have an e-mail from Kate Mitchell and question for you: " the date is unknown at this point, as I am, at this time, trying to see if it would be worth Brian's time to make a trip to the west coast. So far, Vancouver and Ashland, Oregon are interested. Your date will also depend on how many cities are interested and therefore, I need to acquire that information first. Additionally, the more cities that are willing to host an evening with Brian, the less it will cost each city to bring him here as it would be split that many ways. I spoke to Brian's secretary this morning. Tentative month is this June. More than likely it will be during the week.. However, if you are looking to book a room for a seminar with him, I presume that you would be interested? I am trying to get this put together as quick as possible so there is still time for each city to find a venue and before Brian gets snagged for another engagement. Thank you for your prompt reply. Have a rawsome day. Kate " How are the money envolved ,because some of the meeting room are just for no profit events??? Guest guest
i'd suggest asking Kate to answer these questions. I am happy to attend the event in any case and as for payment, ask Kate if a minimal charge is feasible: say 10-15? per person. this way more folks could attend. --- Tzvetanka Dimitrova <chochy3000 wrote: > > I have an e-mail from Kate Mitchell and question for > you: > " the date is unknown at this point, as I am, at this > time, trying to see if it would be worth Brian's > time to make a trip to the west coast. > So far, Vancouver and Ashland, Oregon are > interested. Guest guest
I am sorry to bother you with too many questions but you have probably done this before. I will ask Kate about the money, but what if only a few people come and we cannot collect enough money? In this case I have to reserve a room in a community center, which will be between 35-70$ per hour.........???? Guest guest
I would encourage you to create flyers or ask Kate to mail you some with the date, location and price information and be sure to tell all of your open minded family, friends and or co-workers and ask that they pay in advance. Post them in Bellevue, Redmond and Seattle. You can email them to people if Kate sends you an e-flyer. She may want you to create the flyer if she is too busy though you can always ask. You can email one to me and I can share them with people in Seattle and collect deposits or have them mail the payment to you or to Kate directly. Ask her these questions and get back to me. I look forward to meeting you. I live in Ballard. Perhaps we can meet up sometime on the eastside or if you come out to Seattle. thanks! ~Shakti --- Tzvetanka Dimitrova <chochy3000 wrote: > > > I am sorry to bother you with too many questions but > you have probably done this before.
