Guest guest
hello all, i would like to develope a list of physical activities, exercise and the like, that are enjoyed during the winter season (in the pacific northwest climate). walking is a given. otherwise, include anything, including stretches to very vigorous exercise. since the weather has been more mild, outdoor activities would be nice to know about. please specify with your idea. looking forward to hearing from you! Guest guest
I sail on Lake Washington whenever there's appropriate wind and the rain isn't pouring. The weather on Tuesday was delightful, but a bit chilly so I put on a sweatshirt over a t-shirt and was fine. Sailing can be more of a workout than you might think, especially when singlehanding.
