Guest guest
Hi Everyone, We are excited to announce that PCC has decided to start carrying our famous Raw Carrot Cake in their deli section! All of you faithful Eastsiders should be eager to hear that PCC Kirkland gets their first shipment of the carrot cakes tomorrow morning. The other outlet that will be getting them is PCC Fremont, which will be getting theirs on Saturday morning. They will look a bit different than the slices we sell at the shop, as they will be in their own individual, recyclable containers. We’ve been told that they are going to be putting them on the shelves on a “trial basis”, so the more support and good comments they get the better! If they sell well, PCC might consider bringing on more raw products in general. If you shop at any of the other PCCs and would like for them to carry the carrot cake, be sure to mention it to their Deli Coordinator; nothing aids change in store buying policies more than consumer demand. …and in other news: ----------------------- Our own Chef, Lois Maykut, will be teaching basic Raw Cooking at PCC later this month. Guest guest
This sounds great Chris. PCC doesn't label things with the ingredients like they used to, and I have a number of food allergies. Are these treats going to have the ingredients listed on them? May your day be filled with clarity, grace, progress, and warm laughter, Roger - " Chris Maykut " <facetphoto <undisclosed-recipients:> Thursday, March 03, 2005 4:48 PM [RawSeattle] Chaco Canyon Carrot Cake in PCC! > > Hi Everyone, > > We are excited to announce that PCC has decided to start carrying our famous > Raw Carrot Cake in their deli section!
