Guest guest
< Man that sounds good! Lane I just made an absolutely delicious sesame milk that might be a great transition to raw foods food (or special celebration food) because it is so deliciously decadent!
I blended my soaked sesame seeds with some soaked dates, vanilla and some raw cocoa beans (rawguru). DELICIOUS!
Leslie

Guest guest
i've noticed many people mentioning drinking sesame milk. why do you drink this as opposed to, for example, almond milk. is it easy to make? thanks sara
Guest guest
Sesame seeds are loaded with calcium. And in a book by Annie and David Jubb, they write that, " Unhulled sesame seed contain an enormous amount of organic calcium. Sesame seeds lose two-thirds of their calcium in the hulling process. " www.jubbslongevity.com and their other website is www.lifefood.com. The book is Lifefood recipe book. When Sergie Boutenko broke his clavical bone, he craved sesame milk and wheat grass juice. Both high in calcium. Guest guest
I forgot to mention how easy it is. Soak 1/2 cup of sesame seeds few hours to overnight, drain and blend with 2 cups of water. Same as for almond milk. Sweeten with raw honey, stevia or dates, to your taste.
