Hi Patricia,

 

Maca is excellent in smoothies and milk. I like to use it in my morning

porridge as well, It is a great sweetener alternative and has many

healthful properties. Naturalzing.com has a good price on maca as well as

mesquite powder. I like to keep a blend of maca, mesquite and carob mixed

and ready to use...

 

Re: David Wolfe interview... caught about half of it then fell asleep (why

so late??). Did anyone record it by chance?
