Between them all, they cover several different days in the week, so there will be more opportunities to connect with fresh produce. You might want to visit our world famous Pike Street Market. When Julia Child came to Seattle, the first thing she did was to go to the Pike Street Market. But as far as I know there isn't that much organic produce there. Some farmers cannot afford certification, but do grow their crops organically.
