Greetings from the Sun Kitchen!

Yes, parchment paper (also known as 'pastry paper') is

the safe alternative to teflex. They sell a

chemical-free variety at health food stores in a brown

box for $4 0r $5 a roll. You cut the size you need off

of the roll and can reuse the same piece several

times!

Also, I will be teaching a couple of " Raw Food Fresh

from the Garden " classes at the end of this month: one

on Orcas Island, and one on Vashon Island. Please

email me if you are interested. Specific details soon

come.

Blessings,
