Guest guest
Greetings from the Sun Kitchen! Yes, parchment paper (also known as 'pastry paper') is the safe alternative to teflex. They sell a chemical-free variety at health food stores in a brown box for $4 0r $5 a roll. You cut the size you need off of the roll and can reuse the same piece several times! Also, I will be teaching a couple of " Raw Food Fresh from the Garden " classes at the end of this month: one on Orcas Island, and one on Vashon Island. Please email me if you are interested. Specific details soon come. Blessings, Bruce Horowitz Executive Chef THE SUN KITCHEN 877 661 8117
