Hello,

I have Rosacea on my face. I wonder if anyone in this group has or has had

Rosacea and if so, what has your experience been with treatment? I was eating

about 80% raw for several months, after being about 99% for two weeks, then I

(like so many others) gradually started incorporating more and more cooked food.

I'm so ready to eat mostly raw again - I've really been craving it. I know it

will take some time to notice a difference in my skin, and that it may get worse

before it gets better - please offer any advice you may have.

Thank you.

Hi Sheree,

I have rosacea, and right now it's barely visible.

I believe that my rosacea was from grains and sugar, and a certain

level of toxicity.

There is a rosacea diet out there that seems pretty much like an

atkins diet or other low glycemic diets. I went on atkins a couple

years ago and my rosacea cleared up considerably within a month.

After swtiching to raw, it's nearly gone entirely, barely noticeable.

You might consider looking into Gabriel Cousins 'Rainbow green live

food cuisine' book and try that. It was a difficult diet for me to

stick with, but if you can try it and see what happens with your

rosacea. It's raw and low glycemic.

feel free to email me offlist too.
