I would say I might to 50/50 at this point and I would like to do

better. I'm trying to find a filling alternative to yogurt. Any

suggestions? My job doesn't really allow me to constantly graze on

veggies/fruit as my job is mostly talking.

Thanks

Most recipes call it " nut cheese " but it is so soft, especially when it is just

starting to turn, that I think of it more as nut based sour cream or yogurt.

Basically you soak some nuts, add just enough water so you can turn them into a

paste in the blender, pour it into a bowl, and wait for it to go sour. This will

happen in a few days even in the refrigerator, and happens much faster at room

temperature.

Adding the nut cream, fresh or soured, to a bowl of chopped up fruit is so

filling and so delicious that I'm eating enough of it to start gaining back some

of the weight I lost last winter when I was sick. In my case this is good

because I was on the thin side, and then lost even more weight.

May your day be filled with clarity, grace, progress, and warm laughter,

Roger

Thank you Roger,

" nut cheese " apparently is fatting- hence nuts. I'm trying to loose wait.

Since I am not completely raw - yet- I am having a hard time loosing it. So

maybe this isn't such a good alternative. I would be having it once per day -

would that make a differnce?
