I have never been there before so I was wondering if someone could recommed a good vegan/raw restaurant? Thank you for any suggestions. I just drive there and don't pay attention to addresses! Sorry. Our raw restaurant is Chaco Canyon in the University district: chacocanyoncafe.com Organic produce is available at any of the PCC (Puget Consumer Coop) markets in the area, as well as Madison Market, Greenwood Market, Ballard Market, Central Market, and Whole Foods, to name a few. Madison Market has a section of raw foods (dehydrated and bottled), as well as some refrigerated items. There are also some great farmer's markets in the area with some awesome organic produce. One is diagonal across the street from Chaco Canyon on Saturdays. Take a look at rawseattle.org for any raw potlucks while you are here. Have a great trip! Feel free to ask any other questions. It's always nice to plan this stuff out before you get there. Thanks again for your help!
