Guest guest
There are two ways to reply to a message. If you press the Reply button, it will go to the entire list. If you look a little lower, there is an envelope icon followed with the words Send E-mail. If you press on that you will send an e-mail just to the person who sent the mesage. Guest guest
I think the person who wrote that was assuming that you happened to be using the same mail-reading software that he is. > I see no envelope I'm not sure how to send to one person! > >> There are two ways to reply to a message. Guest guest
Or could Ron mean from rawseattle's home page? As my personal email has people's email addresses on each posted message. Guest guest
What I do in that situation (replying to the individual, not the group) is to copy the email address from the incoming email, hit " reply " , delete the RawSeattle email address in the " To " section, and paste the individual address there. I usually do that before I type my reply, to avoid forgetting and sending it to the list. When emails are sent to the list requesting private replies, I suggest typing " " prior to your email address in the text of your email. Ex: " If interested email me directly: sillyemailaddress Some email programs will then hotlink the address, so a double click on it will result in a new email with the address in the " To " line.
