Hi, I just read 12 steps to raw foods and in the back of the book it

mentions that Seattle raw hosts raw suport group meetings. I

definately need such a group. Also I am curious about juicers. I have

noticed alot of recipies specify a champion juicer for garden burgers,

ice creams, ect. Can other juicer be used for these recipies?

Depending on the recipe, a lot of things can be made just fine with a

food processor or power-blender like a Vita-Mix or K-Tec.

Hi! I just use my food processor to make the garden burgers, etc.. I believe you

can use the Green Star juicer too. I have used my Champion to make frozen

bananas ice cream, but now I use a Krups ice cream maker and make Vice Cream by

Jeff Rogers.
