Guest guest
One of the few times I had the TV on in the morning I watched a segment on Quintessense in New York. The show was on the Food Network and it was called " What's Hot, What's Cool " (or something like that). It was actually a really good show - they also had a few natural cleaning product manufacturers on too. Anywho, the blurb on Quintessense was super! And the food was the most amazing raw food I've seen! It was very exciting to see and on a show about what's hot! Even if it *is* a trend for some, it will no doubt stick for a lot as well. Planting seeds.... Sheree " Thank God men cannot as yet fly and lay waste the sky as well as the earth " Henry David Thoreau for Good Click here to donate to the Hurricane Katrina relief effort. Guest guest
Thanks for sharing, Sheree! I've eaten at two of the Quintessence restaraunts. They are excellant. I even took a SAD eater there, who loved it. Jeff >Anywho, the blurb on Quintessense was super! And the food was the >most amazing raw food I've seen! Guest guest
Too bad the owner is in such legal turmoil. Wonder if the restaurant will survive. Shari
Guest guest
I don't know if you saw the article about that on _www.RawfoodsNewsMagazine.com_ (http://www.RawfoodsNewsMagazine.com) (see under BREAKING NEWS), but a few weeks ago, one of the other owners said they were getting more customers as a result. Guest guest
Ditto! I loved everything I tried at Quintessence, as did my " cooked " friends. Earlier in the summer I'd heard that Dan Hoyt was planning a trip out West. I'm really disappointed that (probably because of his problems) didn't happen. There were several recipes from the restaurant I'd love to have! Annette RawSeattle , Jeff Rogers <jeff@t...> wrote: > > I've eaten at two of the Quintessence restaraunts. They are > excellant.
