Guest guest
This is something I will be facing this winter. Staying warm. I know you can sprinkle cayenne pepper into your socks to prevent frost bite, and put it in water and drink it. Or do the lemon aid, with cayenne, lemon juice and a sweetener. It called for maple syrup and that's not raw. We could add jalapeno peppers to our gourmet dishes. I know this heats me up. Anyone else have any ideas? Thanks Roger for posting what you said in another post about staying raw. Lois, from Yakima, WA

Guest guest
I just did ginger this morning with dates, apple, brazil nut milk and cayanne and almonds. It worked! and I was full for hours! --- Anthony D'Atri <aad wrote: > > Anyone else have any ideas? > > Fresh ginger. > > My other ideas are beyond the scope of this list >
